This programme examines the consultative selling process to help sales professionals transition from transactional selling to a problem-solving mindset. By adopting this mindset, sales professionals will be able to build and nurture profitable, long-term client relationships.

The Resilient Salesperson

This programme is based on the solid science of positive psychology and uses case studies, exercises, and discussions to grow your mental toughness and resilience for sales success. During the programme you will receive your personal mental toughness assessment report based on the Seligman Attributional Style Questionnaire (SASQ), used in organisations worldwide.

Increasing your resilience, or ‘grit’, has a huge influence on long-term sales performance, personal effectiveness, and overall wellbeing. The techniques we teach are easy, fun to learn, can be put into practice immediately, and last a lifetime.

Versatile Sales Communication

This programme is based around the Social Styles matrix and explores the importance of interpersonal versatility for communication with team members and clients. After being profiled, participants discover their Social Style and interpersonal versatility rating, based on the perceptions of people they work with.

During the workshop, participants learn how to identify others’ styles and, based on understanding their own and others’ style, learn to modify their own behaviours to reduce relationship tension and communicate more easily and effectively with others.

The programme also helps participants learn how to interact more effectively with people under stress and in conflict so they can make high-risk conversations positive and productive.
