Leadership Core: The Authentic Leader
Based on ancient and modern insights of influential philosophers, teachers, and leaders, this transformational programme examines the core or essence of a successful leader and builds alignment with everyday practices.
Participants will explore the values, attitudes, and practices of the most successful leaders in history and learn skills, tools, and strategies to enhance their own personal effectiveness, integrity, and fulfillment. They will clarify and gain alignment with values and purpose; develop their leadership mind by challenging current thinking styles; enhance their ability to communicate and build trust with others; and set standards for high performance.

Duration: 2-5 days (can be spread out into half-day modules)
This programme is based around the Social Styles matrix and explores the importance of interpersonal versatility for communication within and between teams. After being profiled, participants discover their Social Style and interpersonal versatility rating, based on the perceptions of people they work with.
During the workshop, participants learn how to identify others’ styles and, based on understanding their own and others’ styles, learn to modify their own behaviours to reduce relationship tension and communicate more easily and effectively with others. The programme also helps participants learn how to interact more effectively with people under stress and in conflict so they can make high-risk conversations positive and productive.
