Leadership Core: The Authentic Leader

Based on ancient and modern insights of influential philosophers, teachers, and leaders, this transformational programme examines the core or essence of a successful leader and builds alignment with everyday practices.

Participants will explore the values, attitudes, and practices of the most successful leaders in history and learn skills, tools, and strategies to enhance their own personal effectiveness, integrity, and fulfillment. They will clarify and gain alignment with values and purpose; develop their leadership mind by challenging current thinking styles; enhance their ability to communicate and build trust with others; and set standards for high performance.

Developing authentic leadership in both individual leaders and as a culture in your organisation is key to peak organisational performance and employee wellbeing for today and the future. We offer customised modules to suit your specific requirements.

Duration: 2-5 days (can be spread out into half-day modules)

Versatile Communication

This programme is based around the Social Styles matrix and explores the importance of interpersonal versatility for communication within and between teams. After being profiled, participants discover their Social Style and interpersonal versatility rating, based on the perceptions of people they work with.

During the workshop, participants learn how to identify others’ styles and, based on understanding their own and others’ styles, learn to modify their own behaviours to reduce relationship tension and communicate more easily and effectively with others. The programme also helps participants learn how to interact more effectively with people under stress and in conflict so they can make high-risk conversations positive and productive.

Duration: 2 days (can be separated or together)

Leadership Function: Manage–Lead–Coach

This programme examines the three roles of successful leaders and provides operational managers with a framework and skills to manage the business system and processes, lead teams for performance and fulfillment, and coach individuals for contribution and engagement.

Participants will develop best practices for communication, goal achievement, peak team productivity, problem-solving, conflict resolution, coaching best performance, and other vital leadership competencies. Customised to suit your specific requirements.

Duration: 2-4 days (can be spread out into half-day modules)

 

 

 

Team Dynamics – Leveraging the Value of Your Teams

Using the powerful Talent DynamicsTM profile, this programme concentrates on amplifying individual and team strengths and natural talents. It delivers results in performance and profitability while aligning your team to the spirit and purpose of each individual and the organisation as a whole.

The development tool and debrief unveil the path of least resistance to achieve ‘flow’ and the most natural activities you and each member of your team should focus on to be more productive and fulfilled.
